MATERIALS

– L (8mm) crochet hook

– I (5.5mm) crochet hook

– Bernat Blanket yarn

– worsted weight cotton yarn

– Scissors

– Tapestry Needle

INC- Increase (in this case- 2 SC in the same stitch)
SLST- Slip Stitch

SPECIAL STITCHES

Magic Circle –Where you create a round of stitches by working over a slipknot.

CROCHET FACE SCRUBBIES PATTERN

Using your Bernat Blanket Yarn and L hook

Row 1: SC 8. Join into the top of the first SC. CH 1- TURN. (8)

Gently pull your tail to close the magic circle.

Row 2: INC in each stitch around. Join into the top of the first SC. CH 1- TURN (16)

Row 3: *INC, SC* around 8 times. Join into the top of the first SC. (24)

Tie off and sew in your tails.

Join cotton yarn as if you turned after row 3. (You should be looking at the backs of row three’s stitches.

With your I 5.5mm crochet hook and cotton yarn,

Row 4: INC in each stitch around. Join into the top of the first SC. Tie off (48)

Sew in your tails and you’re all done!
