How to Crochet a Stylish Cotton Top

Size
S
You'll Need
- 100 % cotton yarn of white colour (230m/25g) - 180 g
- Crochet hooks 0.75 and 1.3
- Motive size: 7.5 x 7.5 cm
Instructions
Front and Back
Make 40 motives with hook 0.75 due to the scheme 1. Connect the motives between one another in the process of crocheting the last row due to the pattern (places of connection are stated with arrows). Then continue work along the upper edge with hook 1.3 due to the scheme 2 (54 patterns). At 38 cm height from the lower edge of your work, divide it into two equal parts - front and back and then crochet each part separately.
Back
Crochet the armholes from both sides due to the pattern. At 53.5 cm height from the lower edge of your work, start crocheting the neck hole due to the pattern.
Front
Crochet in analogy with back, but with a lower neck hole. In order to make it, start crocheting the neck hole at 43 cm height from the lower edge of your work due to the pattern.
Assembly
Make shoulder seams. Fasten with hook 1.3 the neck hole and armholes with 5 rows of single crochets. For the belt, make a chain of 10 chain sts and make *4 rows with single crochets and 1 row with double crochets*, repeat from * to *.

I am not familiar with terms used in this pattern nor can I read the schemes.
Is it possible to find this pattern written out or a tutorial that I could follow ?
I would really like to make this Romantic crochet top in a larger size.
Thank you in advance.
None of the patterns here ever list sizes, or even what the increment is to figure out how to increase the size. You just have to trial-and-error it. Since the body motiff is 7.5 cm square- I would guess one additional motiff for medium and two for large.
Im with you. I dont understand this very well but love it and would love to crochet one.but need written instruction in better format. She did say this is small one. Which is my size, but I don't understand the written description that's given .
