How to Make a Beautiful Crochet Textured Shell Blanket

Crochet is absolutely one of my favorite crafts to do. I enjoy making a variety of crochet projects, and of all the projects, I love making crochet blankets. Crochet blankets are fun and easy to make with bulky and chunky yarn because they work up really fast. Bulky yarn crochet blanket patterns are the absolute best blankets to make because they work up quickly, and even simple stitches give the blanket a rich texture. You can easily make them as small as you want or as large as you want.
There are a number of crochet stitch variations you can use to make a crochet blanket. The crochet shell stitch is a beautiful stitch for making a blanket. In fact, the stitch itself has a number of variations. Today, I am sharing the pattern for the Crochet Textured Shell Blanket. This blanket is made with double crochets and front post double crochets worked in shells, which gives a lovely rich texture and elegance to the finished blanket.
