Crochet Oven Mitts: A Functional Addition to Your Kitchen

It’s time to add some more accessories into our kitchen. Functional accessories are definitely a must for us all. That’s why today we are going to crochet some oven mitts. These mitts will definitely protect your hands and palms from heat. You can also gift them out to your friends and family. So, feel free to make as many of these as possible.
Materials Needed
- Cotton Yarn – You will need 70g of Worsted or Aran weight yarn for the s/m and 100g for the larger size.
- 6mm crochet hook or afghan hook. If you are using a crochet hook, please ensure that it’s at least 6″ long and not ergonomic in shape.
- 6.5mm hook for casting on.
- 5.5mm hook to sew.
- Scissors.
- Needle and thread or sewing machine.
- Fabric.
- Cotton batting.
- Paper and pencil to trace the mitt.
- Yarn needle.
