You'll Need:

Thin yarn for fastening;

Thick yarn for the main cloth;

Crochet hook;

Knitting needles.

Instructions

Start working from the main part. Cast on 3 sts, make 3 rows of garter stitch. Make an increase from one side in the 4th row. Then, knit the tail to the needed length.

Attach Solomonic sts to the rows with an even quantity of sts.

In case you had 9 sts on the knitting needle, and then became 10, finish the row and 2 more same rows.

After finishing the main cloth, you'll get the tail from the right side of your work. Make a chain st from it and create the 1st Solomonic st. Pay attention that the quantity of sts on the knitting needle should be even. After the 1st st, make the next one, but don't finish it. Pull the sts and insert the crochet hook through the back loop, after that, slip 2 sts from the knitting needle.

Catch the thin yarn and pull it through the next 2 sts, slipped from the knitting needle through the back loop.

Catch the yarn again and crochet the sts from the crochet hook.

Make these actions to the end of the row, coming to the gored edge. If the rows are with increases, then make the 1st tow, catching the sts from the knitting needle in pairs. If the rows are with decreases - catch 4 sts for making a chamfer near the gored edge. Make a row of Solomonic knots.

Attach the knitting needle from the right side of the work. For this, make 1 chain st with the crochet hook, then insert it in the top of the Solomonic knot and pull the working yarn. You should get 1 top of the Solomonic knot to 2 sts for the knitting needles.

Make yarn over, insert the crochet hook in the top and pull 2 sts. Finish the row this way. When you make increases, pull 4 sts at once; when making decreases - knit 4 together, but cast on 2 sts in the next row.
