Lace pattern: due to the scheme. Start with sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat. Make 1^st-5^th rows x once, then, repeat 2^nd-5^th rows.

Stitches Control:

Lace pattern: 21 sts x 8 rows = 10 x 10 cm;

Single crochets: 23 sts x 28 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions

Back

Make 126 (133) chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and work with lace pattern. In 53 cm from the set-up row, make 12 cm of single crochets, make 100 (110) single crochets in the 1^st row. Start every row with 1 chain st increase instead of the 1^st single crochet.

Front

Make in the same way as back, but with cut and placket. For this, divide your work in the following way: for the upper part, make single crochets on the last 53 (58) sts, make 2 button-holes, stepping back 2 sts from the right side. For the lower part, make 6 sts in the middle and make 12 cm of single crochets on all 53 (58) sts.

Assembly

Make side seams, fasten upper and lower edges with 1 row of single crochets and 1 row of “shrimp stitch.” For each strap, make 81 chain sts and fasten it with 2 rows of single crochets and 1 row of “shrimp stitch” from both sides. Sew straps and buttons.
