500g of light-blue 100% cotton yarn (125m/50g);

Crochet hook 3.

Size:

M.

Used Patterns

Rhombs Pattern

Work due to the scheme 1. Replace the 1st double crochet of every row with a 3 chain sts increase. Make 1st-6th rows once, then repeat the 3rd-6th rows.

Hearts Pattern

Work due to the scheme 2 and repeat the rows in height.

Fringe

Work due to the scheme 3. Replace the 1st double crochet of every row with a 3 chain sts increase. Make increases from the right side, starting from the 3rd row. Repeat the 1st-8th rows.

Instructions

Front

Make 149 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and work 43 sts of rhombs pattern, 63 sts of hearts pattern, and 43 sts of rhombs pattern. In 39 cm from the set-up row, leave the central 45 sts for the neck-hole and finish both sides separately. For neck-hole chamfer, decrease 1 x 3 sts. In 50 cm from the set-up row, finish your work.

Back

Make in the same way as the front, but without the neck-hole.

Sleeves

Make 7 chain sts for the fringe and work according to the scheme 3 from arrow B, starting every odd row with a 3 chain sts increase. In 24 rows, finish your work. Make 59 sts along the straight edge of the fringe = *1 double crochet, 1 chain st, skip 1 base st*; repeat from * to *, and finish with 1 double crochet. Continue work with rhombs pattern. For sleeve chamfers, increase 30 x 1 st in every row from both sides. In 27 cm from the set-up row, finish your work.

Assembly

Make all the seams. Fasten the neck-hole with 1 row of “picots”: 1 single crochet, 3 chain sts, 1 slip st in the 1st chain st increase, skip 1 base st. Make fringe for the bottom of the pullover: make 23 chain sts and work according to the scheme 3 from arrow A. Finish your work in 136 rows. Sew fringe with the side edge to the bottom of the pullover.
