- Pattern for placket: 16.5 stitches x 15 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions
Back
Make 81 (97) 113 chain stitches + 3 chain stitches increase and work with the main pattern. In 63 cm = 82 rows from the set-up row, leave the central 35 stitches open for the neck-hole and finish both sides separately. For smooth rounding, decrease 3 x 1 stitch in every row from inwards. In 65.5 cm = 85 rows from the set-up row, finish your work on the remaining 20 (28) 36 stitches of the shoulder.
Left Front
Make 33 (41) 49 chain stitches + 3 chain stitches increase and work with the main pattern. Start with stitches before pattern repeat, repeat the pattern 1 (2) 2 times, and finish with 9 (1) 9 stitches after the pattern repeat. In 57 cm = 74 rows from the set-up row, bind off 1 x 12 stitches and decrease 1 x 1 stitch in the next 2nd row. Finish your work on the remaining 20 (28) 36 stitches of the shoulder at the height of the back.
Right Front
Make in symmetry to the left front.
Sleeves
Make 33 (49) 65 chain stitches + 3 chain stitches increase and work with the wavy pattern. Increase 2 x 1 stitch in every 6th row from the set-up row for chamfers, then bind off 10 x 1 stitch in every 4th row according to the pattern to achieve 57 (73) 89 stitches. In 42.5 cm = 55 rows from the set-up row, finish your work.
Assembly
Fasten the edges of the front with 94 single crochets using grey yarn and create 5 cm with the pattern for the placket. Make shoulder seams. Fasten the neck-hole and half of the short sides of front plackets with 117 single crochets using grey yarn and create a 10 cm placket collar with these stitches. Sew sleeves to the upper 16.5 (21.5) 26 cm of side edges of the front and back. The middle of the sleeve should be placed near the shoulder seam. Finally, make side and sleeve seams.
