1st row: P4, *k1, LC x4, p4*; rep from * to *;

2nd row: K4, *p1, RC x4, k4*; rep from * to *.

Repeat 1st-2nd rows.

on the knit wicker pattern you have LC x4, and in the next row you have RC x4.  What does LC and RC stand for.

RC - Right Cross – skip 1 st, p next st, p skipped st, drop original sts from left needle

LC - Left Cross – sl 1 to dp needle and hold in front of work, k1, k1 from dp needle

Yes, that's what I want to know.  I know it would be left something and right something, but I don't know what the C is for.
