Caterpillar: insert the needle into the next stitch, wrap the thread 12 times, then wrap only the right needle, knit it, stretch along the working thread, and pull the thread to form a spring.

The quantity of stitches is a multiple of 4 plus 2 selvage stitches.

Start and finish every row with a selvage stitch.
