Daisy Stitch Instructions
Daisy: Insert needle in the loop 3 rows below the 2nd stitch on the left needle, draw up a loop, knit 2, draw the 2nd loop through the same stitch, knit 2, draw the 3rd loop through the same stitch.
General Guidelines
The quantity of stitches should be a multiple of 10 plus 8.
Row Instructions
1st, 3rd, and 5th rows: Knit;
2nd, 4th, and 6th rows: Purl;
7th row: 2 knit stitches, daisy stitch, * 6 knit stitches, daisy stitch*; repeat from * to *, 2 knit stitches;
8th row: 2 purls, * (purl 2 together, 1 purl) x twice, purl 2 together, 5 purls*; repeat from * to *, (purl 2 together, 1 purl) x twice, purl 2 together, 1 purl;
9th, 11th, and 13th rows: Knit;
10th, 12th, and 14th rows: Purl;
15th row: 6 knit stitches, * 1 knit stitch, daisy stitch, 5 knit stitches*; repeat from * to *, 2 knit stitches;
16th row: 2 purls, * 5 purls, (purl 2 together, 1 purl) x twice*; repeat from * to *, 6 purls.
