Crochet Project with Baby Kid Yarn

You’ll Need:
300g of beige-pink Baby Kid yarn (57% super-royal mohair, 43% microfiber; 200m/50g);
250g of the same yarn, but in pink color;
Crochet hook 5.
Size:
S (M).
Used Patterns:
Main Pattern:
Double crochets; start every row with 3 chain stitches increase instead of the 1st double crochet.
Jacquard Pattern:
The quantity of stitches is a multiple of 10 + 2 + 3 chain stitches increase. Work with the main pattern according to the scheme. While changing color, draw the working yarn along the WS and catch it; make the last stitch of the row with new color yarn. Start with the stitch before the pattern repeat, continue with the pattern repeat, and finish with stitches after the pattern repeat.
Repeat 1st-22nd rows.
Shorten Rows:
1 chain stitch, 1 slip stitch, 2 single crochets, and 2 half crochets at the beginning of the row; then work with double crochets, finishing with 2 half crochets, 2 single crochets, and 2 slip stitches.
Stitches Control:
14.5 stitches x 7.5 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions:
Back:
Make 72 chain stitches + 3 chain stitches increase with pink yarn and work with jacquard pattern, leaving 8 stitches from both sides in 54 cm from the set-up row for arm-holes, resulting in 56 stitches. In 75 cm = 56 rows from the set-up row, make 1 row for the shoulder chamfer as follows: 1 chain stitch increase instead of the 1st single crochet, 3 single crochets, 2 half crochets, 7 double crochets, 3 chain stitches, and 1 slip stitch (finish the first shoulder), 28 slip stitches (neck-hole), 1 slip stitch, and 3 chain stitches increase, 7 double crochets, 2 half crochets, 3 single crochets, and 1 slip stitch. Finish your work at 76.5 cm = 57 rows from the set-up row.
Left Front:
Make 32 chain stitches + 3 chain stitches increase with pink yarn and work with jacquard pattern. Create arm-hole and shoulder chamfer from the right side in the same way as for the back. In 48 cm = 36 rows from the set-up row, leave 1 stitch from the left side for neck-hole chamfer and 9 x 1 stitch in every 2nd row.
Right Front:
Make symmetrically to the left front.
Sleeves:
Make 43 chain stitches + 3 chain stitches increase with pink yarn and work with the main pattern. In 16 cm from the set-up row, increase 1 stitch from both sides for sleeve chamfers and 8 x 1 stitch in every 3rd row = 61 stitches. In 56 cm from the set-up row, finish your work.
Assembly:
Make shoulder seams, sew up the sleeves, and create side and sleeve seams. For the placket and collar, make 84 double crochets along the edges of the front with pink yarn, 33 double crochets along neck-hole chamfer, and 36 double crochets along back neck-hole = 270 double crochets. Then make the collar with shortened rows of the main pattern; for this, fasten the central 46 stitches as described above, then increase 3 and 4 double crochets by turn in every row x 8 times, and 5 double crochets in the next row. In 3 rows from the beginning of the collar, increase 10 stitches = 122 stitches. Finally, make 3 rows of the main pattern on all stitches, including the placket. For the belt, make 8 chain stitches + 3 chain stitches increase with pink yarn and work 140 cm with the main pattern, finishing your work.
Love this cardigan, though I've never tried jacquard pattern
Jacquard patterns aren't so difficult, as they may seem to you
