How to Change Colors in Crochet for Beautiful Patterns

The quantity of stitches is multiple 5 + 1.
Note:
When changing colors, always yarn over with the new color and draw through the last two loops of the last stitch worked in the current color.Instructions:
1st Row:
Using color A, single crochet (sc) in the 2nd chain from the hook and in each of the next 3 chains. Insert your hook into the next chain, yarn over and draw through a loop, yarn over with color B and draw through both loops on the hook. Using color B, work 1 sc into each of the next 5 chains, then using color A, work 1 sc into each of the next 5 chains. Continue in this way, alternating working 5 stitches in color A and 5 stitches in color B to the end of the row. Turn.2nd Row:
Using the same color as the last 5 sc of the previous row and working over the color not in use, chain 1 and sc in each of the next 5 sc. Change color, then sc into each of the next 5 sc. Continue in this way to the end of the row. Turn.3rd to 5th Rows:
Repeat as for the 2nd row.6th to 10th Rows:
Work as for the 2nd row, except start with a square of color B followed by a square of color A.Continue working as above, alternating 5 rows starting with color A and 5 rows starting with color B.
