Crochet a Terra-Cotta Red Summer Bag


You’ll Need:
250g of terra-cotta red Summer yarn (70% cotton, 30% viscose; 350m/100g);
Crochet hook 2;
1 button.
Size:
27 x 20 cm.
Stitches Control:
27 sts x 14 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions
Make 80 chain sts and 1 row of single crochets, then, 1 row of double crochet. Next row: * 3 double crochets, 1 chain st*; repeat from * to * to end of row.
Continue work with 100 rows of single crochets, then, make 1 row: * 3 double crochets, 1 chain st*; repeat from * to * to end of row, then, 1 row of double crochets, followed by 1 row of single crochets.Flap
Make 60 chain sts and 10 rows of double crochets, then, work in the following way:
1st row: * 3 double crochets, 2 chain sts*; repeat from * to *, ending with 3 double crochets;
2nd row: 2 double crochets above chain st, 2 chain sts above double crochets. At the same time, decrease 2 sts in every row from both sides. Finish your work when there are 10 sts left.
Assembly
Fasten flap with 1 row of single crochets. Sew flap to bag and sew on the button. Make 2 chains of 70 cm long with 3-4 threads of yarn and sew them to the bag.
