At 36 cm height (the width of the detail is 24 cm) leave 9 cm open for neck-hole and then make decreases from the side of neck-hole in such a way, that the width of shoulder is 11 cm at 40 cm height. Finish your work.

Sew collar to the neck-hole, connect the center of collar with the center of back neck-hole and leave 10-11 cm from each side for lapels. Fasten front and collar in the following way: join the yarn to the beginning of lapel and make 1 row of pattern for fastening along the inner edge of front (from up to down). Turn your work. Make 1 row of pattern on the sts of the previous row along the inner edge of front, then, fasten lapel, collar, the second lapel and inner edge of front. Turn your work and make 1 row of pattern along the inner edge of the second front from up to down to the lapel base. Fasten the sides and lower edge of basque with 1row of pattern for edge fastening. Sew basque to the lower edge of blouse. Sew buttons to the fastening of left front.
