The quantity of sts is multipled 4 + 3.

1^st row: 3 chain sts (= 1 double crochet), 1 double crochet in the next 2 sts, * 1 chain st, skip 1 st, 1 double crochet in the next 3 sts*; repeat from * to *, turn;

2^nd row: 3 chain sts (= 1 double crochet), 1 double crochet in the next 2 crochets, * 1 chain st, skip the next arch, 1 double crochet in the next 3 crochets*; repeat from * to *, turn;

Change the color of yarn.

3^rd row: 4 chain sts (= 1 double crochet + 1 chain st), skip the 2^nd crochet, 1 double crochet in the 3^rd crochet, * long crochet in the arch of the 1^st row, 1 double crochet in the 1^st crochet of the next pattern repeat, 1 chain st, skip the 2^nd crochet, 1 double crochet in the 3^rd crochet*; repeat from * to *, turn;

4^th row: 4 chain sts (= 1 double crochet + 1 chain st), skip the next arch,* 1 double crochet in the next 3 crochets, leave the next arch unfinished*; repeat from * to *, finish with 1 double crochet in the last crochet, turn;
