- 2 rolls of textile yarn (approx. 100m each)
- White plush wool (Himalaya Dolphin Baby)
- Crochet hooks: Sizes 6mm, 5mm, and 4.5mm
- Stitch markers
- Magnetic snap
- Scissors
- 2 small (28mm) and 1 large (35mm) carabiners
Backpack Base
Use a 6mm crochet hook and chain 10 stitches.
Single crochet 8 stitches into the back loops of the chain.
Work 3 single crochet stitches into the 9th chain.
Continue with 8 single crochet stitches on the opposite side.
Make 3 single crochet stitches into the last chain stitch to round the edge.
Join with a slip stitch to form an oval.
Continue in continuous rounds using the waistcoat stitch.
Increase at rounded edges to shape an oval base (approx. 19cm x 11cm).
Iron gently with a damp cloth to flatten.
Backpack Body
Begin working upward from the base, increasing in three spots in the first round.
Crochet 17 rounds in single crochet.
Finish with a round of slip stitches for a smooth top edge.
Cord Closure
Make a twisted cord from textile yarn about 2.30 meters long.
Thread it through the top edge of the backpack body to cinch it closed.
Backpack Flap
Chain 12 and single crochet across.
Add 3 single crochet stitches into the 11th chain to round the corner.
Continue with single crochets on the opposite side.
Increase at the edges to form a curved flap that covers the opening.

Bunny Ears (Make 2)
Start with a magic ring and work 6 single crochet stitches into it.
