Step-by-Step Guide on Creating Crocheted Scales and Net Stripes for Your Projects

Introduction

The quantity of stitches is multiplied by 12 stitches + 1 stitch + 3 stitches for increase.

Row Instructions

1st Row

Make a stripe in the form of a net and rotate double crochet (dc) and triple crochet (tc) as shown in the scheme.

2nd Row

Start making scales. Scales are made of two halves consisting of 5 or more single crochets (sc). Single crochets are crocheted between two single crochets. The halves of the "scales" can be separated with chain stitches (cs).

Pattern Repetition
