To Attach Hanger to Top Dowel Rod

Tie the hanger into a tight knot at each end of the dowel rod. You may wish to add a dab of glue or hot glue, so that the dowel rod does not slip out.

To Add Fringe

For the fringe, cut pieces of yarn into 12″ strands. Fold each strand of yarn in half, forming a loop at one end. Take your hook and draw the loop through the stitch that you’re attaching the fringe to. Draw the loose ends of the yarn through the loop and pull tight. Alternate colors from left to right in the following order: robins egg, soft green, and blue mint. Skip one stitch between each knot of fringe.
