Crochet hook 3.75 mm and 4 mm;

Instructions
Round 1
Foundation Sc 160. Join with a SS to form a ring. Foundation single crochet is used so that the dress neckline has a little more stretch. If you prefer to chain 160 and join with a slip stitch to form a ring then Sc in each stitch around you can.
This will just make the neck link a little more snug.Round 2
Chain 1. *(Sc. Chain 3.) x’s 2. Sc in the next stitch. Chain 5. Skip the next 2 stitches.* Repeat from * to * around. Join with a SS to the first Sc made.
Round 3
SS into the next chain. Chain 1. *Sc in the next chain 3 space. Chain 3. Sc in the next chain 3 space. 9Dc in the chain 5 space.* Repeat from * to * around. Join with a SS to the first Sc made.
