Used Patterns

Main pattern: the quantity of sts is multiple 5 + 1. Work due to the scheme from arrow A. Start with sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat.

Patterns Order 1:

1st-34th rows x once, then, repeat 33rd-34th rows;

Patterns Order 2:

1st-2nd rows x once (green signs from arrow B), 9th-26th rows x once, finish with 11th-12th rows = 22 rows;

Patterns Order 3:

1^st-29^th rows x once, 28^th-29^th rows x once = 31 rows;

Patterns Order 4:

1^st-2^nd rows x once (green signs from arrow B), 9th-18th rows x once, finish with 11th-12th rows = 14 rows.

Stitches Control:

26.5 sts x 10 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Back

For upper detail, make 126 (146) chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and work with the main pattern due to the patterns order 1 from arrow A. In 42 cm from the set-up row, skip the central 24 cm for neck-hole and finish both sides separately. Finish your work on the rest sts of shoulder in 44 cm from the set-up row.

For lower detail, work with the main pattern 2 due to the pattern order 2 upon the set-up row of the upper detail. In 22 cm = 22 rows from the set-up row, finish your work.

Front

Make in the same way as back, but with a deeper neck-hole. For this, in 33 cm = 33 rows from the set-up row, skip the central 16 cm and for smooth rounding, bind off 1 x 2 cm and 2 x 1 cm in the next row.

Sleeves

For upper detail, make 66 (76) chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and work with the main pattern due to the patterns order 3. At the same time, increase 6 x 1 cm in every 4^th row (8 x 1 cm in every 3^rd and 4^th rows by turn) from both sides for sleeve chamfers. In 31 cm = 31 rows from the set-up row, finish your work.

For lower detail, work with the main pattern due to the patterns order 4 upon the set-up row of the upper detail. In 14 cm = 14 rows from the set-up row, finish your work.

Assembly

Make shoulder seams. Sew up the sleeves, make side and sleeve seams. Fasten the edge of neck-hole with 1 circle row of single crochets and 1 circle row of “shells”.
