You’ll Need:

300g of Visantia Mohair yarn (70% mohair, 30% acryl; 200m/100g);

Knitting needles size 4;

Crochet hook size 3.

Size:

S-M.

Stitches Control:

15 sts x 21 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Note:

The pullover is made from neck-hole as one-piece work with a relief pattern of 13 pattern repeats according to scheme 1.

Instructions:

Cast on 65 sts = 13 pattern repeats of 5 sts and knit around every pattern repeat according to scheme 1. Widen every pattern repeat by means of making yarn overs in the ornament to 14 sts. After making 46 rows (there are 182 sts on knitting needles), define the center of the back and divide the sts in the following way: 56 sts for the back, 60 sts for the front, 28 sts for each sleeve.

Transfer the sts of sleeves to auxiliary needles. In order to replace the neck-hole to the front, transfer the sts of back to working knitting needles and make 5 cm of only back, continuing the ornament. Then, add some sts for maintaining the pattern between back and front and make 15-20 cm as one-piece cloth around.

For better fitting, decrease every pattern repeat by 1 st. In order not to make hard narrowing, make decreases over several rows. Turn to the previous pattern repeat after the waistline. Knit the pullover to the needed length and bind off every pattern repeat, making the edge round according to scheme 2. Transfer the sts of sleeves from auxiliary needles to working needles and finish every sleeve with straight and reversed rows according to the pattern. For narrowing, decrease 1 st from both sides in every 6 rows. Bind off every pattern, making a round edge according to scheme 2.

Assembly:

Cast on the sts and finish every pattern repeat, making the edge round according to scheme 2. Sew the sleeves. Fasten the neck-hole and lower edges of the pullover with single crochets and “shrimp stitch”.
