Crafting the Perfect Crochet Pattern with Double Crochets and Relief Stitches

The quantity of stitches is multiplied by 3, plus 2 stitches for symmetry.

Instructions for Rows

Row 1: Double crochets. Make the first double crochet in the 5th chain stitch from the crochet hook.

Row 2: Start with a 3 chain stitch increase. Work 1 relief double crochet in front of the work. Then, repeat *1 double crochet, 2 relief double crochets in front of work*; finish with 1 double crochet in the chain stitch increase from the previous row.

Row 3: Begin with a 3 chain stitch increase. Repeat *2 double crochets, 1 relief double crochet in front of work*; then add 2 double crochets.

Continue repeating Rows 2 and 3.
