Introduction

Make 12 chain stitches.

Row Instructions

1st Row

* 1 knit stitch, 2 purls *, 1 knit stitch, 2 purls, 1 knit stitch;

Even Rows

2nd and all the even rows: follow the established pattern.

3rd Row

As the 1st row;

5th Row

* Skip the first 3 stitches, draw a long stitch from the 4th stitch, slip it to 4 rows lower, hang it before the 1st knit stitch and make them as knit2tog, 2 purls, 1 knit stitch, 1 purl *; draw the long stitch once again, make them as knit2tog with the next stitch, 2 purls, 1 knit stitch;

7th Row

* Skip the first 3 stitches, draw the long stitch from the same stitch, in which you previously inserted the knitting needle, hang it to the left-hand needle and make knit2tog with the next stitch, 2 purls, 1 knit stitch, 2 purls *; make the long stitch as knit2tog with the next knit stitch, 2 purls, 1 knit stitch;

9th Row

As the 5th and 7th rows;

11th Row

* 1 knit stitch, 2 purls *, 1 knit stitch, 2 purls, 1 knit stitch;

13th Row

* 1 knit stitch, 2 purls, return to the level of the 1st knit stitch and slip 4 rows lower, draw long stitch. Hang it on the left-hand needle and make knit2tog together with the next stitch, 2 purls *; 1 knit stitch, 2 purls, draw long stitch in the same way and make knit2tog;

15th Row

* 1 knit stitch, 2 purls, draw long stitch in the same way as in the 13th row and make knit2tog with the next stitch, 2 purls *, 1 knit stitch, 2 purls, make knit2tog from long stitch and next knit stitch;

17th Row

As the 13th and 15th rows;

19th Row

* 1 knit stitch, 2 purls *, 1 knit stitch, 2 purls, 1 knit stitch.

Repeating the Rows

Repeat the 5th-20th rows.
