The quantity of stitches is a multiple of 14 plus 2 selvage stitches.

1st Row: * 1 purl, knit 2 together with left decline, 1 yarn over, 1 knit stitch, 1 yarn over, knit 2 together with right decline, 1 purl*; repeat from * to *;

2nd Row and all the even rows: due to the ornament, yarn overs are taken as purls;

3rd Row: * 1 purl, 5 knit stitches, 1 purl*; repeat from * to *.

Repeat the 1st to 4th rows.
