Main Pattern

The quantity of sts is multiple 8 + 3 + 3 chain sts increase. Work according to the scheme. Start with sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, and finish with sts after pattern repeat.

Ruff on Sleeves

Make in the same way as the main pattern, but start with the 4^th row. Repeat the 4^th-9^th rows once, the 9^th-10^th rows once, and the 10^th row twice.

Ruff on Neck-Hole

Make in the same way as the main pattern, but repeat the 1^st-2^nd rows once, the 5^th-6^th rows once, and the 8^th-11^th rows once.

Stitches Control

15 sts x 6.5 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions

Back

Make 75 (83) 91 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and work with the main pattern. In 36 cm from the set-up row, leave 2 cm from both sides for arm-holes, 1 x 1 cm, and 4 x 0.5 cm in every following row. Finish your work in 58 cm from the set-up row.

Front

Make in the same way as the back, but with a deeper neck-hole. For this, in 26 cm from the set-up row, leave the central st and finish both sides separately. In 38 cm from the set-up row, leave 12 x 1 st for the neck-hole chamfer. Finish your work at the height of back on the rest sts of shoulder from each side.

Sleeves

Make 43 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and work with the main pattern. At the same time, increase 6 (6) 7 x 1 single crochet in every 2^nd row from both sides of the set-up row for the sleeve chamfers = 55 (55) 57 sts. In 23 cm from the set-up row, leave 3 sts from both sides for sleeve caps and 7 x 1 st, 1 x 2 sts, and 1 x 3 sts in every following row. In 38 cm from the set-up row, finish your work on the rest 25 (25) 27 sts. Fasten the set-up row with ruff for sleeves.

Assembly

Make all the seams, sew up the sleeves. Fasten the edges of the neck-hole with ruff from WS making relief double crochets around from the front part. For the string, make a chain 40 cm long, insert it in the beginning of the neck-hole from both sides through the holes of the pattern.
