Cast on 102 (112) 122 sts and work with stockinette stitch. In 44 cm = 94 rows from the set-up row, start with the pattern with cables. In 15 cm = 32 rows (13 cm = 28 rows) 11 cm = 24 rows from changing patterns, bind off 10 sts from both sides for arm-holes = 82 (92) 102 sts. In 18.5 cm = 40 rows from changing patterns, bind off the central 48 (48) 58 sts and finish both sides separately. In 30 cm = 64 rows from changing patterns, bind off the rest 17 (22) 22 sts of shoulder from each side.
Assembly
Make shoulder and side seams. Fasten the lower edge, arm-holes, and neck-hole with 1 circle row of “shrimp stitch.” For the string, make a chain 142 (150) 158 cm long with the help of a crochet hook and in 2 threads of yarn, and tie from both sides.
