How to Crochet a Colorful Pattern with Single Crochets

Getting Started
Make the needed quantity of chain stitches + 1 stitch. In this example, there are 10 chain stitches. Make single crochet in every stitch (= 10 single crochets).
Changing Yarn Color
Make the last crochet with another color yarn.
Make 1 chain stitch with the second color yarn (as you did for the last crochet of the previous row).
Working with the Back Loop
Turn, make single crochets through the back loop.
Make 1 chain stitch at the end of the row and work in reversed order, making single crochets only through the back loop.
Finishing Touches
Finish the last crochet with green yarn.
Make 1 chain stitch and turn your work.
Continuing the Pattern
Make single crochets through the back loop, making 10 single crochets in every row.
Make 1 chain stitch and 10 green single crochets.
Change the color of yarn at the end of the row and repeat the previously described algorithm.
