How to Create Stylish T-Shirt Prints with Foamiran

You’ll Need:

T-shirt;

Sheet of foamiran;

Pen or marker;

Sheet of paper;

Scissors;

Glue;

Acrylic paint for fabric;

Cardboard;

Iron.

Instructions

1. Draw a full-size print element on the foamiran sheet: in this case, a feather. Cut out the feather shape.

2. Glue the stencil to another piece of foamiran, as this will make it easier to use the stencil.

3. Smooth the shirt and place cardboard or cellophane inside to prevent the print from transferring to the second layer of fabric.

4. Pour the paint onto a saucer or another flat container.

5. Immerse the stencil in the ink and test print on paper first.

6. If the result satisfies you, start painting the t-shirts.

7. If you want to create a neat print, mark up the t-shirt first.

8. After the paint dries, if required by the instructions, fix the print with an iron.
