Materials Needed

You'll need:

  • Yarn (100% wool, 115m/25g):
    • 25g of brown color
    • 25g of sand color
    • 25g of yellow color
    • 25g of pink color
  • Crochet hook size 4

Size

Dimensions: 44 cm x 100 cm (without tassels).

Used Patterns

Rhomb

To create a rhomb pattern, follow these steps:

  • Make 5 chain stitches and circle them in a ring using a slip stitch.
  • For the 1st-3rd rows, use scheme A, starting each circular row with 3 chain stitches instead of 1 double crochet and finishing with 1 double crochet, 1 half-crochet, or 1 slip stitch.

Half-Rhomb

To create a half-rhomb pattern, follow these instructions:

  • Make 5 chain stitches and circle them in a ring using a slip stitch.
  • For the 1st-3rd rows, follow scheme A, starting each circular row with either 3 chain stitches instead of 1 double crochet or 4 chain stitches instead of 1st treble crochet.

Stitches Control

Full rhomb measurement is 11 cm x 12.5 cm measuring diagonally.

Instructions

Make a total of 28 full rhombs and 8 half-rhombs. The colors' alternation is depicted in the photo, although you can modify it to your preference.

Connect the rhombs as you create the last circle row by binding them together. For this step, make 1 slip stitch in the next chain stitch instead of 1 chain stitch.

Fastening

To finish, attach fringe to the edges of the wrap. Cut 40 cm of yarn into 4 threads for each strand and wind the strand to the outer arches of chain stitches.
