I recently met a man who knits vintage style shawls for volunteers at a pioneer museum to wear with their costumes. We met volunteering at a knitting group in a retirement home where his mother and my aunt live. I think it is great! If more men were knitters, their stress levels would go down for sure.

Knitting is a life skill.
I knitted a pot scrubber from twine yesterday.

Think it was the Nordic men who started knitting the Fairisle & Aran.

I find this a strange question. I think the same of them as any knitter.

Yes, of course, I asked just because I met a man, who knits for the first time some days ago.

Acho optimo, conheço o escritor richard zimler que faz crochet, gorros e cachecol bem giros. É um passatempo muito bom como outro qualquer para homens e mulheres.

Yes, I do know of one very nice and talented guy who is a fellow member in a «My Yarn Club» group along with his very talented wife. They are both very good and caring people, who are willing to help anyone in our group with crochet and knitting questions at the drop of a hat. The guy is a very active member who participates frequently in chats, events, guest speaker days, etc. I wish we had more men knitting or crocheting.

I think it's a brilliant idea, there is no reason why they shouldn't knit or crochet or sew, good luck to all who try ,

I tried to teach my late husband to knit, it was hysterical he had more holes than stitches but we did laugh which was good .X

I think they are a blessing,  I taught m Son to crochet and knit and he was wonderful at it. They are so many Male crafters and I think it just simply beautiful.

I think it's pretty cool. I've seen some knitting, crocheting and Tunisian crochet done by a few men online.  They can do some awesome work.  Very encouraging.

I think it's great! I met a guy who crochets at a store I was buying yarn. I thought it was his wife buying the yarn. Her husband came and put more yarn in the cart. He told me he was making an Afghan.

men knitters have been around since biblical times they were skilled in making nets for their fishing boats and other necessary things, this was part of their life style.  Men keep on keeping on, and GOD bless
