Crochet Row Techniques for Beginners

1st Row
Crochet a sp chain of a certain length, pulling the last stitch in length a little bit. Then, make 1 yarn over and slip 1 stitch of the same length from the 3rd stitch in rotation.
2nd Row (Purl Row)
Crochet 1 yarn over and 1 stitch together with the final stitch in rotation.
3rd Row (Knit Row)
Make 1 yarn over and pull 1 stitch of the same length from the stitch of the previous row in rotation. Insert your hook from the front side of your work from right to left through each stitch.
4th Row
Make the same as the 2nd row. Repeat the 3rd and 4th rows.
