Repeat what’s in between * for the rest of the round.

The Center of the Flower

Round 1

Grab the color you wish to use for the center of your flowers and ch 4. Sl st in the beginning ch to form a ring. Ch 1 and SC 10 into the ring.

Making the Flower Petals

Round 2

Grab the color you wish to use for your flower petals and ch 6.

*Sl st in the next SC and ch 6* repeat for the round. You should have 10 petals.

Making the Leaves and Connecting the Flowers

Round 3

Grab the color you wish to use for your leaf color. Sl st your next color using any flower petal of your flower. Once connected,

*Ch 17, now working on your ch, SC in 2nd ch from the hook. HDC in the next 2 sts. DC in the next 2 sts. HDC in the next st to finish the leaf. Ch 10 and now we add another flower. Grab a flower and sl st to connect to a flower petal. It doesn’t matter which ch 6 petal you use.* Then repeat.

It’s a simple repeat! Just remember ch 17, make leaf, ch 10, add flower – rinse and repeat.

Feel free to change the colors of the flowers you use every time if you want. Play around with your scrap yarn!
