Less than half a skein [Scrap Yarn] of Brown and Gold from Red Heart Super Saver/Medium 4/ 100% Acrylic // 364 yards
H/8 5.00MM Crochet Hook

The Pattern
Step One: Creating the Flowers
With the BROWN YARN, CH 3 and connect the last ST to the first ST with a SL ST. HDC 8 times into the loop created, SL ST at the end of the round.
Change Colors
Insert GOLD YARN and CH 5, into the next ST, SL ST and CH 5 to SL ST into the next ST... [Repeat this method for 8 "chain petals."
Create 11 flowers
Create a CHAIN of 99 [or more if desired] utilizing the BROWN YARN.
Apply the 7 flowers
Starting from the middle of the band, CHAIN 50 [at the half point]. Apply the adhesive to the chain and press the flower, hold for a few seconds to stabilize the flowers.
Then utilizing the BROWN YARN, insert your hook [randomly], CH 29 [or more if desired] and apply the remaining flowers unto the strand.
You can also create more strands in between the strands as well!
