21 dc in ring, ch 4, turn.

3rd Row

Dc in next dc, *ch 1, skip 1 dc, dc in next dc, repeat from * 10 times (12 open spaces), ch 3, turn.

4th Row

Sc between 1st 2 dc, *ch 3, sc in next space, repeat from * 9 times, ch 3, sl st in last space.
