- 2.50 mm crochet hook

- 100% cotton yarn for a 2.50 mm hook

- Tapestry needle

- Polyfiber fill

Your tree will measure 15 cm.

Base

Using color 3 - Dark green...

Start with a magic ring

1. 6 sc into the ring and close.

2. Crochet 2 sc in each stitch (12)

3. Crochet 2 sc in each stitch (24)

4. Crochet *3 sc, 2 sc in the next stitch (increase)*, repeat * (30)

5. Crochet *4 sc, 2 sc in the next stitch (increase)*, repeat * (36)

6. Crochet *5 sc, 2 sc in the next stitch (increase)*, repeat * (42)

7. Crochet *6 sc, 2 sc in the next stitch (increase)*, repeat * (48)

Fasten off yarn and weave in ends. Set aside.

Tree

Using color 1 (light green)...

Start with a magic ring

1. Crochet 6 sc into the ring and close.

2. Crochet 6 sc.

3. Crochet 2 sc in each stitch (12).

4. to 6. Crochet 12 sc.

7. Crochet *1 sc, 2 sc in the next stitch (increase)*, repeat * (18)

8. Change to color 2 (green) and crochet 18 sc.

Stuff firmly.

Make two, using yellow...

Start with a magic ring

1. Crochet 5 sc into the ring and close.

You will end up with a 5-tip star.

Fasten off yarn leaving a long tail for sewing.

Assembly
