- Vanna's Choice Yarn - 2-3 balls
- Size L (8 mm) hook
- Yarn needle
- Scissors
ch=chain, sc=single crochet, dc=double crochet, hdc=half double crochet, sk=skip stitch, st, sts=stitch/stitches, ch sp=chain space

A fun chunky cowl that would make a great gift for a chick or a dude.
I used Vanna's Choice because it is soft and has a nice drape.
Instructions
Chain 170, sl st to first chain to make a loop being careful to not twist your chain.
- Row 1: Chain 3, dc around, sl st to join row.
- Row 2: Chain 3 (this counts as hdc chain 1), sk 1 st, *hdc 1, chain 1 sk 1 st around, sl st to join.
- Row 3: Chain 3, dc in each hdc and ch sp around, sl st to join.
- Change color.
- Repeat rows 1-3.
- Change color.
- Repeat rows 1-3.
- Finish off and weave in ends.
Finished cowl is about 6 inches across and 76 inches long.
