If you’re looking for the perfect accessory to keep your head and neck super warm this winter then this might just be it. Today we’re going to make this crochet hooded cowl that does two very important things. Instead of wearing a hat and a cowl, you get to wear just one accessory that protects your head, ears and neck at the same time. This is quite easy to make and requires absolutely no special skills.
