• 15 yards blue Plastic Canvas Yarn
• Size H aluminum crochet hook
• Large hair elastic
• Yarn Needle for weaving in ends

Instructions

Tie yarn onto elastic.

Work the following until you have filled the elastic completely.

RND 1: *Ch5, dc in 3rd ch from hook. Ch3, slst in same st as dc. Ch2, sc in elastic. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to first ch of ch5. Fasten off and weave ends into work, working away from the elastic to the outer edge. Very easy, huh?
