Pattern for Yoke:

Make in the same way as net pattern, make 4th-6th rows x once, then, repeat 5th-6th rows.

Relief Pattern:

(8 sts wide): work according to scheme 3. Make 1st-5th rows x once, then, repeat 5th and 6th rows, finishing with the 6th row.

Stitches Control:

  • Main pattern: 17 sts x 8 rows = 10 x 10 cm;
  • Net pattern: 23 sts x 13 rows = 10 x 10 cm;
  • Pattern for yoke: 23 sts x 20 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions

Back:

Make 97 (109) 121 chain sts and 3 chain sts increase, then make 30 cm = 24 rows (35 cm = 28 rows) or 40 cm = 32 rows of the main pattern. Next, work with net pattern, make 130 (142) 154 sts in the 1st row and divide sts so that 2 double crochets connect with 2 single crochets of net pattern. In 16 (13.5) 11 cm from the beginning of the net pattern, leave 15 sts from both sides for arm-holes = 100 (112) 124 sts. In 22.5 cm = 29 rows from the beginning of net pattern, switch to pattern for yoke. In 15 cm = 30 rows from the beginning of pattern for yoke, bind off 12 (14) 16 sts from both sides for shoulder chamfers and 1 x 12 (14) 16 sts and 1 x 11 (13) 15 sts in every 2nd row. Finish after 18 cm = 36 rows from the beginning of pattern for yoke.

Left Front:

Make 61 (67) 73 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and work with the main pattern similarly to the back. Create arm-hole and shoulder chamfer in the same way, as for back from the right side, make 82 (88) 94 sts in the 1st row of net pattern. For size M, decrease 1 st from both sides = 79 (87) 95 sts after the beginning of net pattern. Simultaneously with the beginning of net pattern, leave 1 st for neck-hole from the left side and 31 x 1 st in every 2nd row. Finish at the height of the back.

Right Front:

Make in symmetry to the left front.

Sleeves:

Make 74 (62) 90 chain sts + 1 chain st increase and work with net pattern. For sleeve chamfers, increase 12 x 1 st in every 2nd row from both sides = 98 (106) 114 sts, including the increased sts in the pattern. Finish after 25 cm = 33 rows from the set-up row.

Belt:

Make 8 chain sts + 1 chain st increase and work with relief pattern. Finish your work at 115 (123) 131 cm from the setup row.

Assembly:

Make shoulder seams; sew up the sleeves, and assemble side and sleeve seams. Fasten the edges of front and neck-hole with 1 row of single crochets and 1 row of “shrimp stitch.”
