Small amount of size #10 cotton crochet thread (I used SouthMaid); size 7 (1.65 mm) steel hook (I used a Boye hook); embellishments such as bows, ribbons, ribbon roses, etc. are optional.
Gauge
Not important for this project; however, Rnd 1 should be about ¾" - 1" across.
Finished Size
Approx. 4½" wide at the bottom of the skirt and 4¼" tall from wing tip to the bottom of the skirt.
