I am a resent widow who loved to crochet. I live in MS in a very rural area. Most of the people in this area do not crochet. Need to get some new ideals for projects. I am a Mom of grown children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

How to improve my knitting skills
Hi, everyone! My name is Gracie. I've been crocheting for many years, so this craft is quite understandable for me. But this is not so with knitting. I can do some simple knitting, but want to make more difficult patterns, I want to train myself and get better results of my work. I need your advice, how should I train and what should I do to improve my knitting skills. Maybe, you'll recommend me some patterns. Really appreciate your help!

I have been Crocheting and Knitting for about 7 years now. I enjoy Crocheting a bit more than Knitting lol. I got diagnosed with Fibromyalgia 19 years ago. Slowly through out time the Pain became so terrible bad that now I can't even do daily chores without many rests between and wanting to cry! I recall my Grandma knitting. Crochet
I am strictly a crocheter. Is that even a word?? Actually as I look around I seem to be a lazy crocheter. I hate weaving in the ends so I tend to make simple blankets.
