Instructions for Crochet Rows
1st Row

2nd Row
Chain 5 (counts as 1 dc and 2 ch), then work 1 dc into the 1st sc, skip 1 dc, work 1 sc into the next dc, *work 1 dc into the next sc, chain 2, then in the same stitch as the last dc, work [1 dc, 2 ch, 1 dc], skip 1 dc, and work 1 sc into the next dc; repeat from * to the last sc, in the last sc work [1 dc, 2 ch, 1 dc], then turn;
3rd Row
Chain 1, then work 1 sc into the 1st dc, *work 1 dc into the next sc, chain 2, then in the same stitch as the last dc, work [1 dc, 2 ch, 1 dc], skip 1 dc, and work 1 sc into the next dc; repeat from * to end, placing the last sc into the 3rd of the 5 chains at the beginning of the previous row, then turn.
