Special Stitches

Cross 3 Right (Cr3R) – skip 2 sc, work 1 tr into next sc, working behind last tr work 1 dc into each of the 2 skipped sc.

Cross 3 Left (Cr3L) – skip 1 sc, work 1 dc into each of the next 2 sc, working in front of last 2 dc work 1 tr into the skipped sc.

The quantity of sts is multiple of 8 + 2.

Row Instructions

1st Row (WS): work 1 sc into 2nd ch from hook, 1 sc into each ch to end, turn;

2nd Row: 3 ch (count as 1 dc), skip first sc, *Cr3R, 1 dc into next sc, Cr3L, 1 dc into next sc; rep from * to end, turn;

3rd Row: 1 ch, work 1 sc into each st to end placing last sc into 3rd of 3 ch at beg of previous row, turn.

Repeat 2nd-3rd rows.
