How to Knit the Truffle Stitch for Your Cowl Patterns

I have a cowl pattern that states to cast on a number of stitches, then the next row is knit the truffle stitch to the end and bind off. The pattern does not instruct on how this is done. It just assumes that the knitter already knows this stitch. I cannot seem to find any instruction on how to knit this stitch anywhere. I tried to contact the designer, but to no avail. Does anyone know how to knit this stitch? Thank you.
