The quantity of stitches is a multiple of 6 + 8.

Ch 5, *sc in ch-3 sp, ch 2, dc in next dc, ch 2, rep from * to last ch-3 sp, sc in last ch-3 sp, ch 2, dc in sp of beginning ch 3, turn;
4th Row
Ch 5, cluster in same dc, *dc in next sc, [cluster, ch 3, cluster] in next dc, rep from * to last sc, dc in last sc, [cluster, ch 2, dc] in sp of beginning ch 5, turn;
5th Row
