How to Crochet a Beautiful Lavender Tunic

You’ll Need:

300g of lavender color yarn (72% viscose, 28% acryl; 315m/100g);

Crochet hook 4;

Stitch markers;

Scissors.

Stitches Control:

22 sts x 8 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Back

Make 102 chain sts (97 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase + 2 chain sts).

1^st row: 1 double crochet in the 9^th chain st from the crochet hook, 2 chain sts, *1 double crochet in the 3^rd chain st from the crochet hook, 2 chain sts*; repeat from * to * x 30 times, 1 double crochet in the 3^rd chain st of the set-up row;

2^nd-62^nd rows: 5 chain sts (3 chain sts increase + 2 chain sts), *1 double crochet in the next double crochet of the previous row from the crochet hook, 2 chain sts*; repeat from * to * x 30 times, 1 double crochet in the 3^rd chain st of the set-up row from the crochet hook. Finish your work in the 62^nd row. Make left shoulder in the same way.

Front

Make in the same way as back. For the neck-hole line, leave the central 2 filet scales open in the 43^rd row. Then, crochet straight for 16 rows. Leave 6 filet scales open from both sides of neck-hole in the 59^th row. Finish your work in the 62^nd row from the beginning. Cut the yarn. Make left shoulder in the same way.

Sleeves

Make shoulder seams. Join the yarn and make 31 rows according to the scheme of filet pattern. Totally, 40 filet scales. For sleeve narrowing, leave 7 x 1 filet scale open in every 4^th row from both sides. There are 26 scales in work.

32^nd row: 3 chain sts increase, 1 double crochet in double crochet and chain st of the previous row. Cut the yarn.

Assembly

Make side seams, leaving 23 cm from the bottom for cuts open. Fasten cuts with single crochets, fasten the bottom of the tunic with double crochets. Finish the row with slip st. Make 4 flowers and 3 leaves according to the scheme. Sew flowers to the photo.
