How to Knit a Beautiful Fuschia Top with Beads Pattern

360g of Golf yarn (100% cotton; 125m/50g) in fuschia color;

Beads pattern: the quantity of sts is multiple 22 + 1 + 2 selvage sts. Work according to the scheme, on which only RS rows are stated. Make WS rows as sts face or as it’s stated, yarn overs – as purls.

Repeat 1^st-40^th rows.

Stitches Control:

22.5 sts x 35 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Back

Cast on 113 sts with criss-cross method and work with beads pattern. At the same time, bind off 3 x 1 st in every 20^th row from both sides, starting from the set-up row, for side chamfers and 4 x 1 st in every 14^th row = 99 sts.

In 36 cm = 126 rows from the set-up row, bind off 1 x 2 sts from both sides for arm-holes, then, 6 x 1 st in every row and 3 x 1 st in every 2^nd row = 77 sts.

In 40 cm = 140 rows from the set-up row, bind off all sts.

Front

Make in the same way as back, but for straps, bind off the central 68 sts in 40 cm = 140 rows from the set-up row and continue work according to the pattern on outer 5 sts. In 34 cm from the beginning of straps, bind off all sts.

Assembly

Make side seams and sew straps to back.
