Special Stitch

Double treble (dtr) = yo 3 times instead of 2 times and complete as you do for a regular treble crochet stitch. In other words, yo 3 times, insert hook into your work, yo, draw loop through, [yo, draw through 2 loops] 4 times, ending with just one loop on hook.

Row Instructions

1st Row (Wrong Side): Sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc into next and each ch to end, turn;

2nd Row: Ch 3, dtr into first st and each st to end, turn;

3rd Row, 4th Row, and 5th Row: Ch 1, sc in first st and each st to end, turn.

Repeat Rows 2-5.
