-I 5.5 mm crochet hook (I love these Clover crochet hooks!)

- tapestry needles

- worsted weight yarn in dark blue and light blue

Scallop Trim around Waist

Lay dress flat and from each side on the waist count in 11 stitches (toward front) and count back 11 stitches (towards back). Mark with stitch markers. Do this on both sides of the dress. On both sides you will crochet the following two rows:

Row 1: attach light blue yarn, ch 2, 2dc in each loop/stitch, ch 2, turn
